Cancellation Policy
Room Cancellation & No-show Policy for FIT (Below 05 Rooms):

Any Cancellation must be done 48 Hours prior to Check-in Date. Cancellation later than this lead period will incur a charge of One Room Night per room booked.

In case of any No-show, One night’s room charge will be applicable.
Definition of FIT:
Frequent Individual travellers / Foreign Independent Traveller, less than Five (05) paying rooms or Ten (10) paying guest at a time would be treated as FIT. In such case, FIT rates will be applicable.
Room Cancellation & No-show Policy for Group (5 or Above Rooms):

No Cancellation Charge will be applicable if the reservations have been cancelled 21 days prior to Check-in Date.

50% of the projected bill amount will be charged as Cancellation Fees if the reservations have been cancelled 20 days prior to Check-in Date.

100% of the projected bill amount will be charged as Cancellation Fees if the reservations have been cancelled within 10 days to Check-in Date, due to the potential business loss for the hotel arises for Cancellation.

In case of any No-show, 100% of the projected bill amount will be charged.
Definition of *Group:
Five (05) paying rooms or Ten (10) paying guest at a time. Less than this configuration, bookings are not being treated as group booking.
For Event / Banquet / Restaurant (For Group) Reservation Cancellation charges:

No Cancellation Charge will be applicable if the reservations have been cancelled 21 days prior to Check-in Date.

On National & International Event or Special Occasion:
On premium dates like Eid Holiday / Durga Puja/ Christmas Holiday / Long Gov’t holiday/ event dates, and Group Booking cancellation policy remain as per particular agreement / non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
If the cancellation policy complies, then Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort refunds the amount to the booker's bank account/Card or via issuing a cheque within 15 working days. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and the processing time of the bank. Above mentioned cancellation policy will be applicable for cancellation charges or refunds.
